[TOS] Service Termination Notice
Hello Saviors,
This is the Papaya Play Operations Team.
We would like to sincerely thank all players who have supported and enjoyed Tree of Savior over the years.
First, we regret having to share this unfortunate news.
We have made continuous efforts and carefully considered various approaches to sustain the service. However, after taking all circumstances into account, we have concluded that it is no longer possible to maintain stable operations. Following thorough discussions with our partner, we have made the decision to terminate the service for Tree of Savior.
This is a difficult decision for us to share with the players who have been with us for so long, and we will do our utmost to ensure the service concludes smoothly and with as little inconvenience as possible until the very end.
Tree of Savior will remain fully playable for approximately 5 weeks until June 16, 2026.
To show our appreciation, we have also prepared a Farewell Event on May 19, 2026. We hope this allows players to enjoy the game comfortably and make lasting memories until the very end.

Q1. I recently purchased TOC. How will it be handled?
A1.
Papaya Play is an integrated platform that provides multiple games, and TOC is a currency used within this platform.
Accordingly, TOC purchased between April 14, 2026 and May 12, 2026 (end of TOC sales) will be converted into credits that can be used in other Papaya Play games.
Only players who made purchases during this period and have submitted a support ticket via the link below will be eligible for assistance;
we will review and process requests in order.
※ If you purchased TOC between April 14, 2026 and May 12, 2026 (the end of TOC sales) but have not used any of it at all,
please submit a refund inquiry ticket instead.

Q2. Will account transfer to Steam be possible after service termination?

We reviewed and discussed various possibilities internally and with our partner.
However, after further discussion, we regret to inform you that account transfer to Steam will not be supported.

Q3. How will community operations be handled after service termination?
A3.
Official community channels will be closed gradually according to the schedule below:
→ Available until June 30, 2026 (Tue) 22:00 BRT, after which all channels will be closed.
The community will remain open for a period of time so that players can say their goodbyes and share memories.
