The Papaya Play Support System has been updated, allowing for better communication and accessibility for users requiring game support.
We have implemented multiple improvements:
- Papaya Play’s support system has been migrated to a new and improved service.
- Support widgets will now be shown on each game’s website (bottom-right of each page, once logged in) for easy support access.
- FAQ now has an updated view, and will be visible in the site widget.
Players might experience the following:
- No Email notifications for your submitted tickets. Your tickets will be still be in our system, and you will receive emails when we reply. (This is to prevent a spam of emails that are being migrated from our existing support system.)
- Delays in responses from our previous support system. (We will be transferring all existing tickets to the new system, and it may take a few hours before our agents can access all existing tickets).
